Restricting much?

Restricting leads to binging- it’s all about moderation. Similarly to the blog I wrote last week about listening to your body when it comes to eating, the same holds true for anything else you may be craving in life. If you feel like doing something, do it! Really craving a trip to the beach? Go! Really craving a sexy night? Make it happen! Craving some alone time? Plan a date night for yourself! Feel like having dessert? Have it! When we keep telling ourselves no, and making excuses that we have too many responsibilities, there can be a tendency to lash out in ways we may not even realize. Maybe we’re smiling less or not being as nice as we can be to our family and friends because we’re feeling deprived. Moderation is key because otherwise we may find ourselves binging, and too much of anything can be unhealthy. Life is happening now, enjoy it before it flashes before your eyes. To be the best you, it’s important to live a life that makes you happy regularly. What’s on your to-do list?
