It's ok to feel sad, angry, frustrated 💗

Life is never all perfect with only the high moments.

This is a reminder that it’s OK to feel sad, angry, frustrated, overwhelmed.

I feel this so strongly from my highest self right now:

✨  Remember to love yourself and mother yourself with the greatest amount of unconditional love through the challenges.

Allow yourself to feel it all and take care of yourself as you ride the waves of life. ✨

Fears serve their purpose.

I’m realizing more and more that they are portals for our expansion.

Any moments of challenge, I feel, teach us how to surrender.

Surrender to divine guidance.

Especially when your human can’t figure it out.

And oh how perfect that this flows with next month’s ascension code, which is surrender.

I literally live my transmissions.

Talk about embodying your work.

Sometimes I really think it’s all just a divine comedy all in support of our soul’s greatest becoming.
