Fully governing yourself in all areas and aspects of your life.

Full freedom and authority to live and do as you please.

Sovereignty is a big part of the spiritual awakening journey.

For myself and when working with clients so much of the healing and transformation is tidying this up.

Where do you put others before yourself?

Where do you live for others instead of yourself?

Where do you put your true desires aside because of something else or someone else?

Where do you not speak up to keep the peace?

Where do you ask permission?

Where do you abide by rules that do not even pertain to you?

Where do you limit yourself in any way because of ____ (fill in the blank)?

Any contraction of you,

not living your truth,

not living your fullest expression,

Not doing you,

Is a disservice to all.

May I remind you that you are not bound to anyone or anything.

You do not owe anything to anyone or anything.

Whatever your free will wishes to decide right now is your right.

May I remind you that you are free to be all of you.

Your unique expression is an essential piece in the mosaic of humanity.

Your color,

Your light,

Your mission,

Your goals,

Your desires,

Your wishes,

Your opinions,

Your beliefs,

Your wisdom,

Your knowing,

YOUR BODY,

Just You…

… are all very important.
