Eric Mellgren: After spending the better part of his adult life working in the music industry, Eric started the process of searching for “a way of living” instead of just a career. After some therapy work with Jennifer Schaefer, who suggested Nutritional Therapy as a starting point, Eric began his journey toward holistic therapy treatments. As Eric sought clarity for himself, he craved opportunities to give back. An accomplished singer/songwriter, Eric began doing music therapy with Art of Elysium. He believed in the power of music to help, heal and bring joy to others.
