Meditation
Dr. Nikki is a daily meditator and has participated in Vipassana, a 10 day silent meditation retreat. The medical literature continues to support the mental and physical benefits of meditation. Meditation is beneficial for everyone—from improving hormone regulation, to providing clarity around daily decision making, to decreasing stress levels, to increasing happy chemicals in the brain, to being less reactive and more productive.
Meditation is a limb of yoga and Dr. Nikki incorporates some form of guided meditation in her yoga and life coaching sessions and also works with clients individually teaching meditation. Skype sessions are also available.
