In an overly masculine world, this is an opportunity for self love, self care and to awaken even more of your feminine essence in a safe, fun space with other sisters - all in support and celebration of each other. Studies show how important female bonding time is for our health, wellness, healing and happiness.

Our circle includes time for sharing, healing dynamics, moments for connection and networking and most of all self love. Every month is a different theme and topic to explore to get your feminine juices flowing.

Dress in a long skirt or dress comfortable for meditation and sitting. Bring a warm layer.
