Welcome to the New Paradigm + Happy Holidays 2020

Dear Friends,

Wishing you all the happiest of holidays with your loved ones! Sending you all so much joy, love and beautiful blessings!

I’d also like to about the very powerful time we are experiencing on the planet right now. This past Monday, December 21, was Winter Solstice, a day that marks the changing of the seasons and the darkest day of the year.

Spiritually, Winter Solstice invites us to heal and hold space for our shadow parts. Energetically, Solstice is a powerful day on Earth connected to the Sun, reminding us to anchor in the light no matter the darkness or shadows we may witness and experience.

This year in particular, this day marked a very powerful threshold that I say is the official start of the New Paradigm. We could also say this has been written in the stars because astrologically Jupiter and Saturn made a very rare crossing in the sky. I was on the Big Island of Hawaii this day and the Kilauea volcano erupted too. So many special happenings on this one day is not a coincidence.

Many of you know that I am passionate about sharing about the potential and hope I feel for humanity and our planet. I even wrote a book about the vision I see for The New Paradigm of our planet over quarantine. All of my work is in dedication to us living our greatest potential as individuals and as a humanity/planet.

I truly believe that the chaos that is happening in the world right now is happening FOR us. The things that don’t work need to be broken down so that new systems can be put into place. Our world is experiencing the death before the rebirth. I’ll share more about this in my New Years newsletter, but until then…

I invite you to live these holiday moments in the energy of who you know yourself to be at the core as a contribution to The New Paradigm. Be the loving, joyful, generous being that you are. Instead of needing to be “right” or participating in drama, ask, “How can I support this moment to be the most harmonious, joyful, connected moment possible? How can I be the light and love that I am.”

I’d love to hear your stories in how you contributed to making your holiday celebrations the most magical yet!

With love and gratitude,

Dr. Nikki Starr
