A solution to the toxic chemicals in beauty and bath products...
The switch to a healthier, more conscious existence has been a gradual process. Everyday I discover ways to create an even cleaner environment so that my mind and body can function optimally. After learning about the many avoidable toxins in our everyday environment, I’ve come to shed them from my life slowly but surely. The most shocking to me was that every single beauty and hygiene product I was using from face wash to conditioner contained a cancer-causing additive. Luckily, there are ways to avoid these harmful chemicals and it begins with awareness…
Our skin is the largest organ in our body and it absorbs everything you apply to it. Beware the products you use!
Just last week, during week 6 of The Initiation Course, I shared important information about harmful toxins in our everyday beauty and hygienic products. Ridding these harmful chemicals from our lives creates a cleaner environment in which we can maintain our health and function to the best of our abilities.
Over the past few months, I’ve been meeting more people and companies, who are also a part of this movement to banish toxin-ridden products from our existence. The way we can make this happen is to vote with our dollars. We have the choice about where to shop and what to buy. We can choose products and merchandise that is good for us, good for the planet, and good for those involved in the sourcing, manufacturing and selling of these products as well.
Many chemicals are added to products as preservatives, antibacterial agents, antiseptics, for texture, as binding agents, for fragrance, coloring, solvents, etc. Most of these chemicals can be found in make-up, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dye, creams, sunscreens, and more.
When buying products beware the chemicals listed below. I dare you to read the label of the current products in your home.
When a problem arises, it’s important to find a solution. Luckily I have found a company committed to delivering products that will never contain any of these toxic chemicals. And thus I have decided to consult for them as a way to bring the solution to you. Learn more about the products here.
