The greatest medicine is love…

If you’ve been following my stories on Instagram you know that I was stung by a stingray in Malibu that resulted in a hospitalization while in Miami for a ruptured tendon and cellulitis infection.

The greatest medicine I’ve received from this experience has been love.

They say your true friends are the ones who show up when times are challenging.
Well, I can definitely say I my life is rich with incredible friends.

So many people have shown up for me in ways I never expected and it has opened my heart so big.

I’ve realized how loved I am and how much I love the people in my life, both new and old.

And this has blasted my heart wide open.
I’m in tears as I write this 🥹

So many of you have sent me sweet inbox healing messages, texts and calls too.
Thank you ❤️

There’s not enough space to name you all but I am still equally appreciative for all of it.
Thank you so much ❤️

There are a few I wish to name because the level of support went above and beyond…

Who knew this stingray bite could be such a gift…
One of the greatest…

Because it brought me greater connection and so much more love in my life than had been expressed before.

I am so deeply grateful beyond what words can describe.
