The thing about romantic relationships is that they require you to get naked, literally and figuratively.

One path of ascension is through the fire of love.

There is an intelligence to intimacy.
Because it is so juicy and magnetic, it’s the perfect space for some of our greatest personal development work.

Intimacy.
Into me I see.

Intimate relationship serves as a powerful container for our greatest growth because the sexual energy creates a pleasure portal that makes it easier to go deeper, and the alchemy of the love and attraction keeps us present in moments we may want to run or hide.

Some will run…
But for those who stay,
The depths you can go within yourself are infinite.

All of our patterns will expose themselves through the mirror of our beloved.

In their eyes we find such pleasure, and thus in their reflection we discover parts of us ready to heal, ascend, love.

To be willing to look at ourselves naked with all of our beauty and all of our flaws takes so much courage.

To choose to heal and clear patterns that are no longer serving is the bravest work of our lives.

Love is the glue and the salve that keeps us going when the fire of illumination and transformation becomes so strong.

Remember it is pressure that creates diamonds.
Brushing up against the beloved in all interactions shines us up.
In some moments it is lovely.
In other moments it is crunchy.
But it’s all serving our brilliance.

I believe some essentials are required for the foundation of a strong, successful relationship to go the distance…

One is the willingness of both people to show up, do the work, communicate and commit to see moments of healing and processing through to the other side.

Our staying power to ensure we get to the other side is everything.

And yes you can do the process alone, if your beloved is not able to meet you.

Also, the process is most powerful when you consciously intend for your intimate relationship to be a portal for your greatest healing and becoming.
