Your past doesn't define you💫

I did a thing yesterday. I faced a fear and shared all the wild and crazy things of my past with some sisters.

As I shared them I realized how far away they are from where I am today.

I shared as a practice to walk through any fear or shame that any of these experiences may have had consciously or unconsciously over me.

Because by sharing them, I was owning them so they could never be used against me.

So that my past could never hold me back from being the fullest expression of who I am here to be.

Any skeletons we hide in the closet can be the thing energetically holding us back without even realizing it.

I realize how much healing and becoming I’ve done on myself to be able to share all of me and these moments.

I am clear on why they happened and how they were important moments on my journey.
I am grateful for what every single experience taught me.

I’m a well rounded human because of them so that I can better work with my clients who have gone through their own past experiences.

The truth is, I have had SO many life experiences in so many environments from training as a medical doctor to traveling the world to working in nightlife to going on a spiritual journey… that literally nothing shocks me.

This alone makes me better equipped to illuminate the light in the shadows.

Everyone has a past.
Everyone has things that have happened along the journey that they would never allow to happen today.

Life is for experiences.
We have them so that we know where we stand in life.
We learn about who we are in these moments.

Your past is precious.
Treasures for your future reside in fully accepting, healing and learning from your past.

So much of the work I do with my clients is the healing of their past and their relationship to it.

Literally every session we will look at something from the past and how it is affecting current actions.

It’s such important work for our expansion and greatest becoming

What are your ready to own, process and heal from the past that is now ready to be integrated for your fullest expression and greatest becoming?

I honor you for doing the work to support your greatest becoming.

With love,
Dr Nikki Starr
