Join Dr. Nikki Starr and celebrate the Fall Equinox in Damanhur for a Spiritual and Nature retreat in the Chuisella Valley of Italy near Turin. You’ll be guided through a program to optimize your human potential and balance your masculine and feminine energies to support you in living your fullest potential. Retreat includes daily yoga, guided meditations, rituals, visits and meditations in Damanhur’s the Temples of Humankind, walking the labyrinths in the Temple of the Sacred Forest.

This is a transformational retreat with a full program. Group sessions are designed to help you discover more about yourself, where you are in life and what you wish to create. Everyone is a teacher and student. This is also a healing retreat that includes energy healing with various practitioners, new technologies, spirals, labyrinths, the temples and Nature. You'll leave inspired and rejuvenated with a fresh outlook on life.
*Flight and transfer not included. Fly into Turin Airport or Milan. Most people rent a car as it is essentially the same cost as a round trip transfer. Transfer from Milan 150 euro one way, from Turin 50 euro one way. Once you book your flight participants who wish can be grouped based on arrival time and to share transfers or car rentals.
