My most vulnerable post ever.

This is the most vulnerable post I’ve ever written, but I’ve done so much healing and transformation that I feel it’s time to share.

I feel this is important to share for anyone who has ever felt against all odds.

Trust me, I know times can get tough.

I’ve lived my fair share.

I do tend to share more on the positive side of life, because I truly believe that what we focus on expands. It’s not that I don’t have challenging moments, I am just very strategic in how I focus my time and attention. I save the talking, healing and processing for my personal healing and coaching sessions. 

I’ve been sharing my successes more and more because I wish to inspire you to know that you can do it too. And I’d love to support you on your journey. I know that we can all live any life we desire. No matter the challenges. I am proof of this.

So, just as important as I feel it is to share my wins, I also want to share with you some of the obstacles and odds that I have risen above, so that you know you’re not alone and can do it too.

🤍I don’t come from money. 
🤍All of my grandparents were immigrants who came to America with nothing. They worked hard cleaning homes and buildings, and also as a seamstress and iron worker.
🤍My parents were 18 years old when they had me and never went to college
🤍I was molested when I was 3
🤍My parents were divorced
🤍My biological father went to jail when I was 5 for selling drugs and he still battles addiction today
🤍I traveled the world in search of healers who could help me clear black magic attacks
🤍I went bankrupt in 2016
🤍My bank account once went negative when I went off track and unplugged from my mission for too long
🤍I have been lied to and betrayed by a man I loved 
🤍I’ve had many dark nights of the soul and heart breaks

And still I rise. 
And still I had a 9 year relationship.
And still I became a medical doctor.
And still I followed the path of my heart to be the healer and life coach I am today.
And still I appeared on national television.
And still I am interviewed regularly as an expert and thought leader.
And still I moved into my dream Malibu beach home. Twice.
And still I have made over 6 figures in one month.
And still I love like my heart has never been broken.

It’s a choice. Everything is a choice. 

Happiness is a choice.

Doing the work to heal, evolve, forgive is a choice.

Investing in yourself is a choice.

Wherever you are now, there is more available for you.
