Insights from yesterday’s sunset beach walk💫
The reflections of light on the water as the sun sets is the perfect place to think on things, especially change.
With expansion comes great change and real growing pains.
As I continue on my personal development journey, it’s inevitable that my business goes through upgrades too.
I remember a time when I suffered from martyrs syndrome and found a way to help anyone who came to me even at the cost of my own well being.
Back then I under charged for my work, people gave many excuses and I was in the habit of taking on other people’s dis-ease so that I knew they would feel better and get the results.
Burnout ensued. And because I wanted to continue this work, I learned the hard way to create stronger boundaries with more aligned pricing for the energy exchange. I also only agreed if clients signed a contract that they too would do their part.
Interestingly I noticed that the more clients paid, aka the more they invested in themselves, the better they felt, the more they participated, transformed and the better results they received.
The payment is the sacred transaction that gives the coach/healer/mentor permission to share information.
I learned from one of my mentors Master Zhang that payment acts as protection for the healer so that the healer doesn’t take on the karma of the client.
Over the years I noticed that if I share information that I intuitively see and the person or client isn’t ready, they can get triggered, project, reject and the healer becomes the enemy. The level of program someone chooses lets me know how much to share.
On the journey, I did my best, and even still I made all kinds mistakes. They too are inevitable and help us grow. Even though healers can help make miracles happen we too are human.
To expand I’ve had to mourn the fact that I am not able to help everyone who comes to me and that I can’t please everyone.
And at the same time, I am in such gratitude for the clarity and wisdom I’ve gained thus far.
I am so grateful for all the clients I do attract who are ready to invest in themselves and do the healing, awakening and transformational work with integrity to evolve into their ultimate selves.
I am grateful that many clients return and we have risen together. They continue on and take the next course I offer.
Many women in the Ultimate Woman Program continue on after the 3 months and return for the next round.
Two of my current 1:1 clients were enrolled in my first ever coaching program back in 2014 for $300. And this year each went on to invest in $30K and $75K programs to work with me again after all that time.
I trust the aligned clients seeking and ready for my support find me in divine ways and divine timing.
I am an example that we get to create the life we desire, the businesses we love, and lean back in trust that the aligned people find their way to us.
If I can do it so can you.
I am grateful I’ve created a business model that feels good for me where people can find something at every price point. You decide what you’re ready for and what feels good for you and I trust the ripples makes their way out into the world through you.
My biggest advice is to stay true to you and your boundaries. It’s ok when people/things/situations are not aligned, we can still continue on in peace and harmony.
Keep growing and shining on.
Trust that the people and opportunities who are meant to be in your life find their way and stay.
