My near death experience

It was August 2013.

Little did I know that while I was playing in the desert, I was suffering from heat stroke.

It was my first time at burning man and my first time in the desert. I was riding my bike around in the middle of the day with the blazing hot sun. Quite the rookie move.

The problem was that my water pack was very difficult to drink from. I was thirsty but the occasional few sips weren’t enough.

My face started getting really red. I wasn’t sweating though. Then I felt hot, then weak. And then it was downhill from there.

I remember being on the bathroom floor in someone’s RV passing out and my friend smacking my face to wake me up.

It was a struggle to stay present.
There was so much peace to let go.

The medics came and bought me to the infirmary.

I don’t remember much of that part as I was out of it. The next thing I remember was coming back to my body as they flashed a light in my eyes to check my pupils. I looked around and was on a stretcher with an IV bag of fluids.

Then I remembered what I experienced “on the other side.”

Perhaps this why I have a different, more comfortable relationship with death compared to most people... because I’ve already experienced a taste of death.

I often have souls who’ve passed on find their way to me because I can help them on their journey.

I want to share with you about my experience of what happens on the other side, as well as about death in general in greater depth so that you can feel more comfortable with your inevitable death.

And I also want to help you build a healthy relationship to death so that you can live life so much more fully because that’s what happened for me.
