Question Everything–Quest 7

Question everything. For there are many truths to this reality. You are here to discover yours.

A healthy dose of doubt can be the push we need to completely change our lives.

Questioning the status quo has been the gift of the trailblazers, innovators and the revolutionaries.

It takes courage to ask questions, especially when everyone else is going along with the grain of life. It takes even more courage to change our minds. Yet, those who go against the grain, those who change the world are the ones willing to doubt what the masses are doing in order to make their dreams into a reality.

Curiosity and questioning the status quo inspired all of my great life achievements:

  • becoming a doctor to learn all about the human body
  • world travel to experience humanity and different cultures
  • my spiritual path–I couldn't help but wonder, "What's the point of life?”

My healthy dose of doubt encouraged me to change my life circumstances. My doubt in some practices of Western Medicine led me to explore natural healing modalities. And since my life is forever changed.

Just when we think we have it all figured out, doubt can shatter the illusion of this reality.

Doubt encourages change. It motivates us to do our research, have experiences and discover more about life. When we take the time to see for ourselves, we understand people and life at a deeper level.

Doubt is the seed of transformation. It destroys all security, resulting in the chaos necessary before the birth of something new. Doubt encourages transformation for as we open to receive new information ways of being, thinking and believing become obsolete.

When in doubt, ask questions. Be open to learning something new. Be open to the dissolution of what you thought was true by the new information we are forever receiving if we so choose to.

I invite you to expand your curiosity and push into the edges of your existence. Go on–explore and experience life–get uncomfortable, try something new!
