A Special Thank YOU on Trigger Day, I mean Turkey Day!

Dear Friends,

This Thanksgiving holiday, I send my deepest, warmest gratitude to each one of you (even to those of you in other parts of the world who don’t celebrate this day). Thank you for our connection and for sharing this journey with me.

I’m in Italy through January and completely forgot Trigger Day, I mean Turkey day ;), was upon us. Thankfully I’m feeling extra grateful today. I’m creating a meditation album (that I’ll be releasing soon) and listening to the gratitude meditation really got me feeling the love!

So here’s some more things I'm grateful for:

I’m grateful we are choosing to grow, evolve, and learn from the challenges that life presents to us. I’m grateful that we’re taking action to create a life we LOVE.

Our sessions together are inspiring my Instagram content BIG time. Thank you!

It’s a blessing to work online with so many of you around the globe–Singapore, America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, AND that a few of you are coming to Italy for retreats! Thanks to technology and wifi, I’m able to expand my reach and work with you from anywhere in the world.

I’m grateful that perfectly in time for Thanksgiving (a holiday that was created because immigrants settled in America), I was featured in Thrive Global sharing about:

For my opinion (and story) on the matter, check out reason #2:  https://journal.thriveglobal.com/nine-reasons-why-america-would-benefit-from-a-more-liberal-legal-immigration-policy-a19258c83a7

I’m also grateful to have received this message of gratitude from one of you after your engagement this week.

Many blessings and congrats to this promised love!

I’d love to read your gratitude! Please share it in the comments section below.

On another note…

You may be wondering why I called this holiday “Trigger Day.”
Well, anytime we get together with family, we are likely to get triggered.
Family is our teacher for life, so it’s their job to push our buttons and show us where we have more growing to do.

As you take in the lessons your families have so generously gifted you this Thanksgiving (mainly anytime you have felt angry, hurt, frustrated, or anything that is NOT peace), I invite you to schedule an online session with me this week so we can dive deep into understanding how these moments can be useful for your continued evolution and blossoming.

The intention of self development is always for healing, greater love, compassion and connection to enhance every aspect of our lives–friendships, romance, work, happiness, personal time, etc.

Wishing you a beautiful, thankful day!

I appreciate YOU.

With love and gratitude always,

Dr. Nikki Starr
