Flow of the Program:
2 hour video modules hosted by Dr. Nikki Starr that explain each meditation–the benefits and how to do it–as well as guidance through each meditation. Each module will be accessible each week covering various topics (see below), tips and meditation styles for you to practice throughout the week.
The entire program is organized via an online classroom with a chatroom for questions and discussion. Here you receive content, share reflections, ask questions and access the video content.
All the modules are recorded to do in the convenience of your home at your pace. PLUS you receive access to all the content beyond the 4 weeks via our alumni group page.
You’re encourage to share your experience with each meditations in our online discussion space
