Flow of the Program:

  • Register NOW to reserve your space.
  • Upon registration you'll receive a welcome letter and intake form to be filled out and returned before the start of the course.
  • Two hour, group online sessions back to back hosted by Dr. Nikki Starr live every Sunday 9AM PST/12PM EST to 11AM PST/2PM EST, beginning March 4 and ending March 25, 2018.
  • The entire program will be organized through an online community platform called Sutra, created by my dear friends. Here you will receive content, share reflections, post on our discussion board and log into our video calls.  
    (If you're shy, and prefer, you can remain anonymous by not activating your video and type your questions in the chat space).
  • If you can't make a session, they'll be recorded so you can catch up at your earliest convenience.
  • In each session I'll cover various topics, tips and meditation styles, guide meditations and answer your questions.
  • Content, resources and checklists will be emailed between sessions to enhance your meditation practice.

  • Build the foundation for a successful practice

Week 2: Health and Relaxation + Body

  • Learn mindfulness techniques that restore the body and in turn the mind
  • Meditation as a tool for guided conscious relaxation of the body and greater body awareness
  • Meditation for better sleep, rejuvenation and improved health


Week 3: Optimizing Your Energy + Emotions

  • Learn techniques to clear and enhance your energy field
  • Learn how to process emotions constructively using meditation 
  • Meditation as a tool to increase your energy levels and enhance your mood


Week 4: Create Your Life + Spirit

  • Learn how to use meditation to create your life and manifest what you wish in your life
  • Meditation as a tool to communicate with your wisest Self to receive clarity, wisdom and insight you need
  • The supernatural abilities and awakened potentials that come from a consistent mediation practice
