Flow of the Program:

  • Weekly group online sessions hosted live by Dr. Nikki Starr. Dates TBA
  • The entire program will be organized through an online community platform and classroom. Here you receive content, share reflections, post on our discussion board and log into our video calls.  
    (If you're shy, and prefer, you can remain anonymous by not activating your video and type your questions in the chat space).
  • If you can't make a session, they'll be recorded so you can catch up at your earliest convenience.
  • In each session I'll cover various topics, tips and meditation styles for you to practice throughout the week
  • In an interactive community setting everyone shares their experiences with the meditation in our online discussion space
  • Every session includes guided meditations and time to answer your questions.
  • Content, resources and points of reflection are all available on demand via our online classroom during the course with lifetime access to support you in your meditation practice.
Over the years I’ve made many attempts to meditate. I have many friends who made it a part of their life but I just was never able to sit still long enough, Or that’s not even really it, in my case, I just needed some real guidance.
Dr. Nikki Was the perfect person to do just that.
Immediately I felt she had a way of giving everyone in our very diverse group a sense of ease. Before each meditation she had discussions and explanations that gave me a sense of connection and made my experience so much more enlightening.
Dr. Nikki, in a short time, made me feel that there are no set of rules or steps to “make” the meditation happen, I just had to “let” it happen.
After the courses finished I wanted to do 20 minute meditations every day but found it difficult. So I put my timer for six minutes. After a couple of times at six minutes I it felt so good but realized it was too short, and I’ve been working my way up to the twenty minutes.
