Happy Gratitude Day!

Happy Gratitude Day!

Over the years I have come to boycott the traditional intention of Thanksgiving because the truth is that the colonization of this country was a genocide and massacre of the natives who originally lived here. The true story is finally being told.

The truth always reveals itself.

Nonetheless, I appreciate an official day where we can give thanks for the beauty of life and all the goodness that is happening.

I have a daily gratitude practice that I share with my clients, where we say what are grateful for and why.

Today on thanksgiving I will be doing this with my family and I have invited my clients to do so with their families as well.

I feel it’s important to celebrate ourselves and I am inviting you to do the same. This can be triggering for a lot of people.

Instead of gossiping let’s celebrate ourselves and others.

I wish to celebrate you! And sometimes it’s easier when someone else starts the game.

So I’ll go first!

As my world continues to expand I felt called as a personal practice of celebration to feel into all of the huge successes and things I am most grateful to have realized in this life this far as fuel for the even big goals to come.

I invite you to create your list and share it on your social media or with loved ones and invite them to share theirs with you!

Let’s make it normal to celebrate each other for all the incredible things about our lives.

I am grateful that I love spending time with me, myself and I as it is so much fun and feels so good that I decline plans just to be with me because the energy is so delicious.

I am so grateful for my solitude time and love being able to do whatever I want whenever I want and focus on my business expansion and create my own schedule.

I am grateful for the life I have created as a successful individual and to be a part of many conscious communities around the globe.

I am grateful to live in a Malibu Beach mansion that I rent all to myself with ocean views from every room exactly as I manifested it to be where I get to host clients for retreats as I always dreamed of.

I am grateful that my business is expanding with even more offers and ways to share my gifts with 1:1 clients, my Ultimate Woman Program, my Mentorship & Mastermind and monthly online courses via my Ultimate Year Experience.

I am grateful my coaching and healing practice continues to expand and had it’s first $100K+ month this year and is already over $400K+ for this year.

I am grateful to have my medical degree, a wealth of alternative knowledge in human healing and development, and to be a thought leader, speaking on multiple podcasts and summits each month.

I am grateful to have appeared on a FOX reality show and other media outlets including Forbes, USA Today, Yahoo, Thrive Global, etc. because it is a joy to reach millions of people.

I am grateful to have spoken on stages at conferences and events, have led sold out classes, workshops and retreats.

I am grateful that by the age of 25 I traveled the whole world touching every continent except Antarctica and even lived half time in Italy for 3 years because it was so transformational and full of beautiful, awakening experiences.

I am grateful that I fly business class and value luxury because it helps me maintain my energy.

I am grateful for my connection to nature, energy and the elements because I find beauty and empowerment in every moment.

I am grateful for my healing and intuitive gifts and my deep connection to my purpose because my reason for living feels bigger than me.

I am grateful for my trust in the divine and the divine guidance and support I receive because it allows my life to happen with even more ease and grace.

I am grateful the my relationship with my family has become stronger and closer over the years in spite of our differences because we really embody unconditional love for each other.
