Be the gentle observer.
The witness of all that is.
See everything as if you were looking through the eyes of creation, in awe and wonder of all that is.
Compassion for all that unfolds.
Surrendering sweetly to what is.
In an instant everything can be different.
Just like that. ⚡️
Honestly, women coming together makes me so happy! We activate each other. We ignite each other. We celebrate each other. It’s so good. I absolutely LOVE speaking, dancing, guiding experiences and meditating in large groups of women. We are so powerful.

Read MoreThe path of becoming “The Ultimate Woman” is really about each woman becoming more of who she truly is. Her fullness, her radiance, her glory. It’s not about perfectionism. It’s about transformation and illuminating all of you. Healing shadows of the now and wounds of the past. It’s about radical responsibility and looking within to transform all that is around us.

Read MoreHappy Gratitude Day. Over the years I have come to boycott the traditional intention of Thanksgiving because the truth is that the colonization of this country was a genocide and massacre of the natives who originally lived here. The true story is finally being told. The truth always reveals itself. Nonetheless, I appreciate an official day where we can give thanks for the beauty of life and all the goodness that is happening.

Read MoreTo create even more peace and harmony with ourselves and others, we can choose to operate from a place of observation with love and compassion, instead of jugment. Read MoreSometimes I feel amazement when I examine my life and I wonder, “How did I get here?” I’ve come to realize that all of my major life changing decisions happened while I was retreating. I can vividly remember the exact moment I chose to leave western medicine. It was on a vacation during my first year of residency. I was sitting on the beach, retreating at an Ashram in the Bahamas. Crystal blue waters sparkled in front of me as I looked out to the sea beyond my happy, sand covered toes. I felt at peace with a journal, pen in hand, and I vividly saw my future unfolding before me.
Read MoreHow is your relationship with your family? Before we chose to incarnate this lifetime, we choose our family. We choose certain experiences to provide us with opportunities for growth. Family is one of our greatest teachers this lifetime because we are stuck with them for our entire life. Sure, you can choose to stop speaking to family, but ultimately they share the same DNA. No matter what, you are tied to your family. Are you paying attention to the lessons they are teaching you?
Read MoreWith love in the air this week, I couldn’t help but be inspired by love for this week’s blog post. This past year especially, I’ve come to truly ponder the meaning of love AND holidays. Read MoreYesterday I was sitting on the train talking Spanglish to an American guy visiting from Colombia. I met him at a 5 rhythms dance class, and after telling me about his interesting life, he commented on my presence in the class, “While everyone was dancing around all crazy, you were moving to your own beat in the corner of the room looking out the window connecting with the sunset.” As I looked into his eyes, I felt that he could see me. He knew more about me than words could say and I began to cry.
Read MoreI’m a free spirit. That means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Yesterday, lying under a tree seeking refuge from the sun, a handsome photographer told me about Plato’s The Allegory of the Caves, and it sparked a sense of deeper compassion for every person I meet. I live in a cave that is a creation of my life experiences. No two caves are the same and thus the way I experience life and define free spirit is likely different from yours.
